Something not working?
Tell us.

We’re in early beta and we read everything. If the app breaks, misbehaves, or just annoys you, that’s worth an email.

If you’re reporting a bug, it helps enormously to include your phone model, the app version, and what you were doing when it went wrong.

Common problems

Android says the file may be harmful

That warning appears for every app installed outside the Play Store — it isn’t about this app specifically. Choose Download anyway, then allow your browser to install unknown apps when Android asks. The full walkthrough is on the download page.

The install button does nothing

Android blocks installs from unknown sources until you allow it for the app you downloaded with — usually Chrome. Open Settings → Apps → Special access → Install unknown apps, pick your browser, and turn it on. You can turn it back off once the app is installed.

Navigation stopped when I lost signal

Maps have to be saved to your phone before you leave. Open the ride and save its maps while you still have wifi or data. If part of the route isn’t saved, the app tells you exactly where coverage ends before you set off — that’s the bit to check the night before.

Fuel range looks wrong

Range is worked out from your tank size and the mileage you actually get. If it’s off, correct them in Your Bike — it’s the source of truth the rest of the app reads from.

I signed out and my rides look different

Rides you created while signed out live only on that phone. Signing in is what makes a ride shareable and joinable. If something looks lost, email us before reinstalling — reinstalling clears local data.

What we can’t help with yet

  • iPhone. There’s no iPhone app yet. Leave your email and we’ll tell you when there is one.
  • Group chat. It’s being built. Today, coordination lives in the ride itself — the route, timing and riders are all on the ride page.
  • Recovering a deleted ride. Deleting is permanent. We’d rather be honest about that than pretend there’s an undo.
