We’re handing it out in small batches so we can actually read the feedback. Email us and you’ll be in the next one.

Installing it

The app isn’t on the Play Store yet, so Android will ask whether you trust the file. That warning is normal for any app installed outside the store — here’s exactly what you’ll see.

Tap the download

Your browser saves the file and may warn that this type of file can harm your device. That message appears for every app installed outside the Play Store. Choose Download anyway.

Open it, and allow the install

Android will ask whether to allow your browser to install unknown apps. Turn it on for that browser, then come back and tap Install. You can turn the setting off again afterwards.

Open the app and set up your bike

Tell it what you ride and how far you go on a tank. That’s what makes fuel range and offline maps work properly on the road.

Why not the Play Store We’re still in early beta and want to fix things fast, with a small group of riders we can actually talk to. The store comes later. Until then the file lives here, and you can check the SHA-256 above against the file you downloaded if you want to be certain it’s ours.

Not on iPhone yet

Android came first because that’s what most riders here are on, and we’d rather ship one good app than two half-finished ones. Tell us where to reach you and we’ll let you know when the iPhone app is genuinely ready — nothing else, ever.
